Dr. Eli Antopolsky, Founder and CEO – A dentist by trade, Eli has been founding and managing companies for over 30 years. Eli has been instrumental in developing innovative insurance plans for some of Israel's leading insurance companies including: Harel, Clal and Migdal (to name a few). Most notably Eli has established and served as CEO of the Independent Dentist Association and the Israeli branch of International SOS assistance, the leading international organization responsible for worldwide medical rescues.

Prof. Ehud Davidson, Chairman of the Board - ­ An internal medicine physician and Professor of medical management, the former CEO of the largest health maintenance organization (HMO) in Israel, Clalit (with 52% of the market share). In this position Ehud has led the treatment of the majority of Israeli patients in the community, as well as in Clalit hospitals, and especially noteworthy his successful management of the huge projects of Covid-19 vaccination in Israel. Among his other duties, Ehud was the CEO of two big hospitals in Israel: Meir Medical Center and Soroka University Medical Center.

Yigal Unna, VP Cyber Security Consulting – For four years (2018-2022) Mr. Unna served as the Director General of the Israel National Cyber Directorate, the primary Israeli operational agency responsible for securing Israel's cyberspace and critical infrastructures, leading a team of 350 employees responsible of all aspects of cyber security. Among his other duties, Yigal served as founding Chief Executive Director of the Technology Cyber Unit in the National Cyber Bureau, following 23 years with the Israel Security Agency (Shabak), in the field of data warfare, signals intelligence, where he finished his service as the head of the Cyber and SIGINT Operations Division. Before working with the Shabak, Yigal served for six years as an officer in Unit 8200 of the Israel Defense Force. Mr. Unna has a B.A. in history and an M.B.A., both from Tel Aviv University.

Eliya Shaviv, VP R&D and Product Owner- Eliya has 15 years of experience in medical devices, digital health and robotic systems, and a proven track record in product innovation and R&D leadership. Holding an MSc in Robotics and a BSc in Biomedical Engineering, Eliya's achievements include building and managing a software team for the development of a wearable drug delivery system, leading an R&D consortium at the DARPA robotics challenge, designing a gait-assistance exoskeleton, and providing hands-on advisory on numerous other projects ranging from secured IOT products to complex robotic vehicles.

Jacob (Kobi) Guttman, Co-Founder and Director - CEO of Guttman advertising agency, spearheading local and nationwide campaigns for the past 17 years.

Eti Mitrani, Board Member, Expert in Global Business Development and Strategic Planning- Holds an MBA and is a senior executive with over 25 years of global experience in business development and finance, primarily in companies within the life sciences industry. Currently, Eti serves on the boards of Brainsway (traded on NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange), NexTer (the parent company of Nextige traded in Tel Aviv), and LOCKONCAM. Additionally, she is the CEO and a board member at TriOx Nano, as well as a strategic consultant for start-ups and companies in the commercialization stage. Eti has spent about 25 years at Teva Pharmaceuticals, notably as the Senior Vice President and Head of the Global Economic Department, and as the Finance Manager of the Specialty Products Division. Eti brings unique experience in strategic planning, business development, finance, and managing business operations and collaborations. She has extensive experience in the development and commercialization of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and digital health

Elad Simon, VP of Operations and Training- With 18 years of experience in initiating, producing, and managing projects, Elad has been serving for the past 7 years as the Sports Director of the Maccabiah Games - one of the world's largest multi-sport events, uniting around 10,000 athletes from over 60 Jewish communities worldwide. His responsibilities include working with government offices, key entities in Israeli sports such as the Israeli Olympic Committee, local authorities, and the majority of sports associations in Israel, as well as Jewish communities globally. Previously, he was the Vice President of the Israeli Volleyball Association and the Operations Coordinator of the “Academy for Excellence in Sports” at the Wingate Institute - Israel's National Center for Physical Education and Sport. After his discharge from the Artillery Corps, he worked for “Soltam Systems” as part of a trials and training team, both in Israel and abroad. He holds a B.Ed in Education with a specialization in Sports Management.

Micha Avnimelech, A board Director – International partner at MilleniumAssociate AG Zurich. An experienced investment banker and business advisor with directorial duties across several successful companies. Micha leads strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions with a focus on cross-border transactions of Israeli and European, American and Asian parties.
